Ordinance 2003-46: This ordinance established the Stevens Plantation CDD, effective August 21, 2003, as adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Cloud.
Ordinance 2004-74: This Ordinance declares that while Supervisors are elected in landowner elections, they will also be current City Council members, effective June 24, 2004, as adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Cloud. NOTE: This Ordinance no longer applies since all Supervisors are elected through the general election process, so going forward, all Supervisors must be registered voters and residents of Stevens Plantation CDD.
