Fiscal Year 2017 Meeting Schedule
For fiscal year 2017, the meetings of the Board of Supervisors will be held bi-monthly on the first Thursday (even months) at 6:00 p.m. at the Civic Center, 3001 17th Street, St. Cloud, FL, unless otherwise noted. Additional meetings may be scheduled as items of business dictate, and meetings may be rescheduled to accommodate Board member schedules.

Notice of Private Pending Litigation Session of Board of Supervisors

At this time the Board of Supervisors shall meet in private pending litigation session with the District Manager, the Attorney for the CDD and the CDD’s litigation legal counsel to discuss settlement and legal expense issues related to a pending litigation matter, entitled Savi Investments, LLC v. Stevens Plantation CDD. This meeting is authorized and not open to the public in accordance with Section 286.011, F.S. (Florida’s Government in the Sunshine Act).
We have a local office in Celebration as well as a regional office in Coral Springs. For your convenience, both offices are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
